Bookings and Payments
How can I book a room?
You can book directly from our website, by calling +39 347 560 6462 or by emailing info@agriturismolacerra.it. We recommend booking in advance, especially during high season.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers and cash (only for the balance at the property, in compliance with legal limits).
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, modifications are subject to availability. For cancellations, we offer a full refund up to 15 days before arrival. For more details, please see ourcancellation policy.
Check-in and Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:30 AM.
Is late check-in possible?
If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance. We will try to find a solution to welcome you.
Can I leave my luggage at the property after check-out?
Yes, we offer a free luggage storage service that you can use even after check-out to enjoy a few more hours in the area.
Rooms and Services
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all our rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property, including rooms and common areas.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are allowed in certain rooms, subject to prior authorisation and a small supplement. Please let us know at the time of booking.
What services are included in the rate?
The rate includes breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking and access to the common areas of the farmhouse such as the garden and terrace.
Dining
What kind of breakfast do you offer?
We offer a rich breakfast buffet with local products, homemade pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, cold cuts and cheeses, as well as hot and cold drinks.
Is it possible to dine at the property?
Yes, our restaurant is open for dinner from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM, by reservation. We offer a menu based on products from our own garden and traditional local specialities.
Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Yes, we can accommodate specific dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan or food intolerance diets. Please let us know in advance.

How do I get to the farmhouse?
The property is easily reachable. Transfer services are available on request. The exact address is listed in the contact section.
What activities can be done in the area?
The area offers numerous activities such as hiking, trekking, climbing, water sports, visits to archaeological sites, food and wine tastings, and beautiful beaches within a short distance.
Do you organise excursions or tours?
Yes, we can organise guided excursions, food and wine tours, boat trips and other activities on request. Our staff will be happy to provide all information.
