Terms and conditions for using the website and services offered
1. Bookings
1.1 Bookings can be made through our website, by phone or by email.
1.2 The booking is confirmed only after payment of the required deposit.
1.3 At the time of booking, correct and complete information must be provided.
2. Payments
2.1 Full payment of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
2.2 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfer.
3. Cancellations and Changes
3.1 Free cancellations are available up to 15 days before the arrival date.
3.2 For cancellations between 7 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be retained.
3.3 For cancellations with less than 7 days' notice, the amount will not be refunded.
3.4 Changes to the booking are subject to availability.
4. Check-in and Check-out
4.1 Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
4.2 Check-out must be completed by 10:30 AM.
4.3 Different check-in/check-out times must be agreed upon in advance.
5. House Rules
5.1 Pets are allowed only in certain rooms and upon prior authorisation.
5.2 Smoking is not permitted inside rooms and enclosed common areas.
5.3 Guests are asked to respect the quiet of other guests, especially during night hours.
6. Liability
6.1 Agriturismo La Cerra is not responsible for valuables left unattended.
6.2 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or furnishings.
6.3 Management reserves the right to charge for any damages.
7. Limitations and Reservations
7.1 Management reserves the right to deny access to anyone who does not comply with the terms and conditions.
7.2 Agriturismo La Cerra may modify these terms at any time.
7.3 In case of force majeure, the property reserves the right to cancel bookings.
8. Applicable Law
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
8.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
